Spring Into Shape-Exercise Class

Thursday, January 21st, 2010

The exercise class is underway and meets each Tuesday and Thursday night in the Oak Room.  The instructor is Alan Mayfield and the class is endorsed and strongly recommended by the pro shop.  The exercises are aimed at improving core strength and balance.  Your golf game cannot help but improve using the techniques taught in this class.  We will still welcome new additions to the class, but join soon!  Spring won’t wait for anyone.
