Twin Oaks Country Club Catering Policies
Billing will be based on the guaranteed number given forty-eight business hours in advance or the actual attendance; whichever is greater.
Cancellation may be done without charge as long as a minimum of 24 hours notice is provided. If the event is cancelled less than 24 hours of the time scheduled, you will be billed at a rate of 50% of your guaranteed number.
After a four hour period for meal and program, you are subject to an additional labor charge of $15 per hour per server.
All prices are subject to change at the discretion of the Executive Chef and/or the Director of Food and Beverage. Confirmation of menu prices will be made at the time of contract signing.
Please note that there will be a gratuity charge of 18% added to all food and beverage purchases.
